Referral Management (Carelink) - Release 9.41

We have been enhancing Referral Management (Carelink) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

• Goals and Sub-Goals

  Enhancements have been made to the Goals functionality in Carelink > Referrals to introduce sub-goals, along with an enhanced goal creation process. Sub-goals enable users to break down larger goals into smaller, manageable steps, making it easier to track progress and outcomes for service users.

  Sub-goals can be created and maintained via WebAdmin > Lists in the same way as goals are currently configured. In addition, both goals and sub-goals can be created directly in the Carelink > Referrals > Edit Referral > Goals > Add Goal dialog, which improves usability.

  When creating a goal, users can now choose whether it should be:

  • Reusable – synchronised with the WebAdmin list for future use.

  • Specific to a referral/service user – created for a particular use case and not shared globally.

  These enhancements provide greater flexibility and streamline the process of defining and managing goals within Referral Management.
