Referral Management (Carelink) - Release 9.43

We have been enhancing Referral Management (Carelink) since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

What's New

Improvements to Service User Goals

Several enhancements have been made to the Goals functionality in Carelink > Referrals, making it easier to view progress, manage outcomes, and track updates from Mobile Working (Mobilise).

  • Goal Card View

    Service user goals are now displayed in a modern card-based layout. Each goal card provides an at-a-glance summary of progress, along with any associated sub-goals, making it easier to monitor outcomes and identify areas requiring attention.

  • Goal Detail View

    A new Goal Detail view has been introduced, allowing Referral Management (Carelink) users to view the complete history of progress updates recorded against a goal or sub-goal in Mobile Working (Mobilise).

    The Goal Detail view includes:

    • A graph showing progress over time.

    • An activity log displaying progress updates, notes, edits, and closure reasons.

    • A comprehensive view of goal activity in one place.

  • Enhanced Goal States

    Enhancements have been made to the goal status model to provide better visibility of progress throughout the goal lifecycle.

    Previously, goals progressed through the following states:

    Not Started → In Progress → Completed

    The following improvements have been introduced:

    • Goal statuses are automatically updated when progress is recorded.

    • Goals that reach 100% progress are automatically updated to Goal Achieved.

    • New goal closure functionality allows users to manually close goals and record a closure reason.

    • Goals can now be closed before completion where appropriate, ensuring a more accurate reflection of real-world outcomes.

    These improvements provide greater transparency, clearer progress tracking, and better reporting on goal achievement and closure.
