What's New

iOS 26 Compatibility Update

The iOS client now supports the Liquid Glass user interface. As a result there are minor changes in how the app functions. See below for some examples.

The branding has been removed on the header to align with Liquid Glass design.
Add Job Codes on Client Side as Not Completed

The client-side SOR form action on iOS now supports adding SORs to a work order without marking them as complete. This ensures those SORs are still included when creating a follow-up appointment from Mobile Working so the correct appointment duration is passed through during booking.
Automatic Launch of Tasks from Form Actions

Form actions in Job Management (Connect) on iOS can now automatically launch tasks when they are configured to do so. This reduces the need for mobile workers to manually find and open forms or appointment booking tasks after they are added.
