Manage Referrals
Use the Admin > Manage Referrals page to make the Priority field mandatory for a referral. This setting is disabled by default.
Make Priority Field Mandatory
To make the priority setting mandatory:

Select the Admin tab.

From the navigation menu, select Manage Referrals.
The Manage Referrals page appears.

Select the Mandatory Priority field for referrals checkbox.

Select Save.

Selecting this option applies only to the referral’s Priority field and does not affect the Priority field within the care schedule.
