Priorities
You can configure priority codes and weightings for each World. Mendel uses the weightings you define to help determine the order of job scheduling.
You must have the Priorities permission for the World you want to configure. For more details refer to Permissions.
Add a Priority

In WebAdmin select Optimise Admin.
The Optimise Admin page appears.

Select a World.
The World Settings and Permissions page appears.

In the Settings section, select Priorities.

Select Add New Priority

In the Add Priority dialog:

Select the Code field and enter a priority code name. This can be a number or word that represents different levels of priority, for example Low, Medium or High.

Select the Weighting field and enter a number. The greater the number, the higher priority it will have.

Select the Colour field, then select a colour from the dropdown. You can choose a colour from the predefined options, or select your own from the colour wheel.
When this priority is assigned to a job in Optimise Schedule, the colour is used in the following places:

The job card in the Diary.

The header bar in the Job Details dialog.

The job pin in Map view.

Once you have selected a colour, the dialog updates to show how a job card and pin will appear.
