Record Loan

You can loan Resources from one World to another World in Optimise Schedule. For example, you look at the overall schedule for a World and notice that a Resource has a substantial period of unused Availability with no Jobs scheduled in the afternoon. Furthermore, you notice that there are no unscheduled Jobs in the Job List.

You are aware that a couple of Resources who work in the South Belfast World had to take sick leave and decide to loan a Resource from the North Belfast to the South Belfast World for the afternoon. You can also update the details of loan e.g. extend or reduce the loan time, and also retract the loan if necessary.

When you loan Resources to other Worlds or retract you can select reasons and enter additional information for the loan too. Refer to the Worlds: Resource Loan Reasons and Worlds: Retract Loan Reasons sections of the Optimise Admin user guide for more information.

Prerequisites for Loaning or Retracting a Loan of Resources to and from Worlds

• Totalmobile server 6.5.

• Optimise Schedule, Resource Loan Reasons and Retract Loan Reasons for World(s) Permissions.
