Rosters

Use the Optimise Admin > Rosters page to define the availability and days off for resources. You can customise rosters beyond the standard 7 day week, and also create multiple rosters to manage separate attendance patterns such as shifts or non-availability for different groups of resource.

For example, you might want to create two separate rosters for your resources: a standard pattern of 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and also an apprentice pattern of 8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday because the resources are unavailable when at college on Fridays.

You can assign resources to each roster in the following places:

• On the Optimise Admin > Resources page. For more details refer to Resources.

• Within specific Worlds. Mendel uses the rosters when it creates schedules based on availability. For more details refer to Assign Roster.
