Update Skills

When you update the skills required for a job, the following skills are available for selection:

• Skills of jobs in the World you are scheduling in.

• Skills of resources assigned to rosters in the World you are scheduling in.

• Skills of resources loaned to the World you are scheduling in.

For more details of loaned resources, refer to Record Loan. For more details of assigning skills to resources, refer to Add and Edit Resource Details in the Administrator Guide.

To update the skills for a job:

1. In the Job Details dialog, select Update Skills .

2. In the Update Skill Details for Job dialog, select skills to move them between the Available and Selected lists.

   Use the Search field to filter the list of skills.

   

3. Select Save Selection .
