Manage Materials
Use the WebAdmin > Materials page to create and manage stores and order catalogues of materials that can then be added to forms for mobile users to select.
A Store represents a physical or logical location for materials. This might be a van, an internal store, a warehouse, or a delivery vehicle. Users on a mobile device can specify a particular store when issuing, ordering, or returning materials, enabling all stock to be tracked against a location.
An Order Catalogue provides a selectable list of items or job codes that are not tied to a specific location. Mobile users can select items from a catalogue element within a form.
You can view all available stores and order catalogues on this page. If there are more items than can fit on the page, use the arrows to scroll. Use the Search field to filter the items.
