Overtime Authorisation - Control Project Code Change

The Web - Overtime Authorisation - Amend Project Codes setting allows you to enable or hide options for a user to change the Project Code that is assigned to an Overtime Claim on the Overtime Authorisation page in GRS Web.

Accessing the setting in Main Client

To access the setting:

  1. Navigate to the Time Sheets category in Main Client.

  2. Locate Web - Overtime Authorisation - Amend Project Codes.

  3. Review the setting and change as appropriate for your requirements:

    • No (the default setting) — the Overtime Authorisation page in GRS Web does not display the Project Code field and Assign Project Code. This means that a supervisor/authoriser cannot assign or change the Project Code for a user's Overtime Claim.

    • Yes — the Project Code field and Assign Project Code button are displayed in GRS Web. This means that a supervisor/authoriser can optionally assign or change the Project Code for a user's Overtime Claim.

  4. Save the setting and/or close the page.

The following example image shows the Overtime Authorisation page in GRS Web when the Web - Overtime Authorisation - Amend Project Codes setting is Yes in GRS Main Client. The page displays the Project Code field and Assign Project Code button above the main grid.
