Overtime Authorisation Enhancements

New Planned/Casual Column

A new Planned/Casual column has been introduced to the Overtime Authorisation screen in GRSweb. This column displays the status of each claim using one of the following values:

  • Planned

  • Casual

  • Upgraded to Planned

If a claim does not have a Planned/Casual status, the column will remain blank.

The column has been positioned between the columns for Reason and Rate.

Pay Rate Expansion

New functionality has been introduced to the Overtime Authorisation screen in GRSweb to display detailed information for individual claims linked to a single claim header record.

Select the [+] icon in the first column to expand the claim header row, revealing a child table which lists all claims associated with that record. This table provides the following details:

  • Start Time – start date and time of the claim.

  • End Time – end date and time of the claim.

  • Claim Duration – total time between the Start Time and End Time of the claim.

  • Claim Hours – number of hours allocated to the claim, including any adjustments (e.g. ref break deductions).

  • Rate – rate applied to the claim.

  • Reward Type – type of overtime (e.g. Pay or TOIL).

Select the [-] icon to collapse the row and hide the child table.

Pay Rate Field

An update has been made to the Rate column in the Overtime Authorisation screen in GRSweb.

Previously, the Rate column in the parent grid only displayed a value for Non-Regulation claim headers, as these headers always contained a single associated claim. This made it possible to show the rate of the individual claim against the claim header row.

This behaviour has now been extended to include Regulation claim headers where there is only one associated claim below it.

For any claim headers with zero or multiple associated claims under it, the Rate column will remain empty.

Project Code Column Moved

A change has been made to the Overtime Authorisation screen in GRSweb. The Project Code column has been repositioned between the columns for Occurrence No. and Operation. This change aligns the column layout with the field order used in the Overtime Claim form when users submit claims through the Time Sheets GRSweb screen using the Islands of Duty with Overtime style.

Overtime Authorisation Screen UI Changes

The following enhancements have been made to the Overtime Authorisation screen in GRSweb:

  • Added scrolling functionality to allow users to view additional information more easily.

  • Fixed the columns for Person, Date/Time, Category, Claim Duration, and Claim Hours so they remain visible while navigating across other columns.

  • Repositioned the Claim Remarks and checkbox selection columns to improve overall usability.
