What's New
-
Task Management
A new Task Management feature has been added to Carelink > Admin. This allows Referral Management (Carelink) users with Admin rights to:
-
View tasks and categories directly in Carelink > Admin.
-
Add new tasks and create task categories without requiring database access.
-
Edit existing tasks and categories to keep information up to date.
-
Delete tasks and categories that are no longer needed.
Previously, tasks and task categories could only be added or adjusted at the database level, requiring developer or technical intervention. With this update, Referral Management (Carelink) Admin users can manage their own task structures, improving flexibility, reducing operational bottlenecks, and enabling quicker adjustments as service needs evolve.
For more details, refer to Task Management.

Enhanced Search: NHS/CHI Number Support
Enhancements have been made to the search functionality in Carelink > Referrals to support searching by NHS Number (England/Wales) and CHI Number (Scotland):
-
Users can now search referrals directly using an NHS or CHI Number, reducing the need to search by name or other demographic details.
-
Referral records lookup is faster and more accurate.
For more details, refer to Referrals.

Increased Character Limit for Notes
Enhancements have been made in Carelink > Referrals > Notes to increase the character limit from 1000 to 4000 when adding or editing a note.

CSUP-307244 / CSUP-307512 |
An issue has been fixed where, after a series of changes to visits (such as adding or removing breaks within a 10 minute period), the final delete didn’t remove the visit from Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise). The system now correctly creates and deletes within a short time period, ensuring visits that are no longer required are not sent to Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise). |
