Referrals

The Referrals tab is the default tab when you open Referral Management.

On the Referrals tab, you can:

  • View all current referrals.

  • Create a new referral for a new or existing service user. For more details refer to Create a Referral.

  • Edit an existing referral, including the service user details.

  • Filter the referrals list to easily locate referrals based on status and date range. For example, you may want to see all new referrals from the last week.

  • Search by the following criteria:

    • Service user

    • External ID

    • Team

    • NHS Number (England/Wales) or CHI Number (Scotland)

      For referrals based outside the UK, the Service User ID is used instead of an NHS or CHI Number. For more details refer to Manage Service User Settings.
