What's New
-
Last Authentication Support for Time Zones
Enhancements have been made to the Last Authentication Time feature to introduce time zone support. This ensures that the displayed authentication time for a resource in the Mobile Working app is aligned with the relevant time zone, providing greater accuracy and clarity for users operating across regions.
-
Transfer a Route to a Different Resource
Enhancements have been made to Optimise Schedule > Select World > Diary so that planners can now transfer an entire route from one resource to another. This improves flexibility when managing schedules, enabling quicker adjustments when resources become unavailable or workloads need to be redistributed.
For more details refer to Transfer Jobs Between Resources.
-
Linked Jobs Information Displayed on Dialog when Scheduling Jobs
Enhancements have been made to Optimise Schedule > Select World > Job List that improve the dialog displayed when manually scheduling or committing a job using drag and drop. The updated dialog now provides richer job details, including:
-
Scheduled time
-
Current committed time, where applicable
-
Any constraints requiring review
-
Linked jobs information
If the job being scheduled has linked jobs, the dialog also shows:
-
Details of the linked jobs
-
The linked jobs' assigned resources, if applicable
Additionally, when deleting a job, users now have the option to delete any associated linked jobs directly from this dialog.
For more details refer to Commit a Job, Manually Scheduling Jobs and Delete a Job.

Calculate Travel Time for Manually Scheduled Jobs
A new setting has been introduced in Optimise Admin > Select World > Optimise Schedule Settings to support better decision making during manual scheduling. When enabled, Dynamic Scheduling will calculate travel time using straight-line distance:
-
Between the preceding job (or start location) and the job being scheduled.
-
Between the scheduled job and the subsequent job (or end location).
This gives planners an immediate indication of whether sufficient travel time exists, helping them assess the feasibility of scheduling decisions more confidently.
For more details refer to Optimise Schedule Settings.
