Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise) - Release 9.43

Release Date: September 2026

We have been enhancing Dynamic Scheduling since the last release, adding new features and addressing known issues to improve quality.

Some features may require additional setup by Totalmobile. If needed, reach out to your Account Manager for access details.

What's New

  • Mendel and Jobs with SLA Details

Enhancements have been made to Mendel so that it recognises Service Level Agreement (SLA) data configured against jobs via a Contract Reference/Work Type Reference combination. This ensures plans respect time-based SLAs, preventing jobs from being scheduled outside agreed windows.

For more details refer to SLA Details and Commit Jobs.

  • Calculate Travel Time Using Routes

A new setting has been introduced in Optimise Admin > Select World > Optimise Schedule Settings to support better decision making during manual scheduling. When enabled, Dynamic Scheduling will calculate travel time using route-based journey estimates provided by the Unity Location Service:

    • Between the preceding job (or start location) and the job being scheduled.

    • Between the scheduled job and the subsequent job (or end location).

This gives planners a more accurate indication of whether sufficient travel time exists between visits, helping them assess the feasibility of scheduling decisions with greater confidence.

For more details refer to Optimise Schedule Settings.
