Add External Links
You can create links to third‑party systems that are then available in Optimise Schedule. This makes it easier to integrate Dynamic Scheduling (Optimise) with other systems, providing quick navigation to related records.

Job links are displayed on the Job Details dialog.

Resource links are displayed on the Resource Details dialog.
Links can be static (for example, URLs that link to company information or guidance that will appear on all job or resource cards) or dynamic (for example, linking back to a job or referral record in an external system).
As part of the link URL, you can include the following identifiers if they match those in the third-party system:

jobReference
-
clientReference
In addition, resource links can automatically include the following user identifiers:

userId
-
username
