Follow Up Appointments
Follow Up Appointments allow users to book additional appointments from their device, for themselves, or for someone with a specific skill or trade, for example if they require additional equipment to complete the job, or they ran out of time.
In order for the user to schedule follow up appointments from their device, the following configuration needs to be carried out in WebAdmin:
- Follow Up Appointment Settings - these determine what the user sees on the device when they book a follow up appointment.
- Follow Up Appointment Skills or Trade List - this is the list of skills or trades the user can select from when assigning the follow up appointment to a skill or trade, rather than an individual.
- Follow Up Appointment Form Actions- these are the action which determine how the information sent from Connect is displayed for the user, and ensuring changes to the SORs are returned to Connect
Once the configuration is complete user can book follow up appointments via Mobilise:
