Settings Definitions
This section of explains how the Mendel Settings work and aims to assist those who are setting up Mendel for a customer site. There is no such thing as a default or best practice approach to Mendel as the set up is going to be different for every customer i.e. location, distance to be travelled etc. This highlights how important a good dataset and testing is for every customer.
To accommodate customers with exceptionally high volumes of users and transactions and help Mendel's performance, it's beneficial to set up Worlds with appropriate attribute matching e.g. plumbers belong to the plumbing World, joiners belong to the carpentry World etc. In addition to having one World per skill set, individual Worlds should be set up for different geographic locations.
